Things to remember

• The e-Gift Cards will be sent to the recipient's e-mail ID within 15min from the time of purchase from WOOHOO.in
• This e-gift voucher can be used in all Big Bazaar/Food Bazaar and Fashion@Big Bazaar stores across India
• The validity of the e-Gift Voucher is 12 months from the date of issue. However we will ensure that the e-Gift Voucher reaches you with minimum 10 months validity, as the vouchers are pre-procured from the brand for instant delivery
• This e-Gift Voucher has to be redeemed in full and partial redemption is not allowed
• This e-Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift voucher/gift card. If the Customer misplaces the e-Gift Voucher company shall not be responsible to reimburse/refund
• No duplicate will be issued if this voucher is lost or misplaced
• This voucher cannot be revalidated once expired
• The holder of this voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary
• Validity period of this e-Gift Voucher cannot be extended under any circumstances
• Any dispute should be referred to the company and the decision of the company shall be final
• e-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 48-72 hours
• No returns and no refunds on gift cards
