Horrible experience and terrible service!!! We visited the restaurant as a family with kids. We ordered three starters and informed service that dim sum are for kids. First starter came after 25 min and dimsum post 35 min. Third starter never arrived. Main course was sizzlers. No authenticity / taste in the dishes. Server insisted on bringing the starter post main course being served to which we denied. His answer was --- different department make these dishes thus this happens!!! No drink order taken. Had to personally walk to bar to take drinks. Knifes requested never came. Everything was whopped about this restaurant. Every table around us was seen complaining about the service and food. Farewell - NONE. Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Total disaster!! Total waste of time , money and dining experience.

This is the second time we’ve come to this place, but the service this time was horrible. There were two mosquitoes in my drink. We ordered Thai curry and that was served without the rice. Made us wait for a really long time for the rice too. They weren’t ready to accept their mistakes, the experience was completely horrible and kind of ruined our evening.

Well I had my mom's birthday organized at it's banquet hall. The management was horrible. Projector was being put when the guests had arrived, about which we have informed them 1 week prior. Food was even worse. Main. Course sabzis were served without salt. Management was unremarkable (negative sarcasm) rotis were cold, vegetables were taking long to get refilled and desserts were served really late... So please think twice before booking this place !

I was searching for a place with calm and pleasing ambience. And this place has got every single thing... I visited this place just for a pint of beer and some starters. The bar is the center of attraction.. Its lovely. Being a Hotelier this was the first thing after ambience i liked about this restaurant. Approx 1200-1500 for 2 pax(3 course meal) Things to try- sizzlers, beer(if you want to), and some starters which are hard to spell. Haahah.. 5 stars for the staff.. 5 stars for the ambience.. 5 stars for the food and service... You just need a little bit of more promotions as it is inside Satra plaza only few would actually discover this place. You can be a tough fight to the other restaurants like food studio.. I would definitely visit this place again with my corporate group.. Cheers to Young Chilli.
