My visit to The Yoga House was quite sudden. I’d heard of this place so many times but somehow never managed to visit it. So when the chance arrived, I was pretty excited. The restaurant is located on the second floor and has two sections: an outdoor seating area and an inside section. We were seated in the inside section as it was pretty noisy outside. The interiors are pretty warm and welcoming and make you feel at ease immediately. What I ordered: Indulging Sandwich: One of the non healthy sandwiches in the menu, it was filled with bell peppers, cheese, basil etc. It was pretty tasty, one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommended. Signature Hashbrowns: The hashbrowns here are pretty huge and heavy for one person to finish. They are stuffed with veggies and cheese making it super filling for the stomach. We managed to finish only half of it. Also, they were pretty oily which was a turn off. Service: Coming to the service, the staff is prompt and quick. Our food arrived pretty fast which was great because we were famished. The staff also gives you privacy and doesn’t bother you much once you’ve placed your order which not a lot of places can boast of today. Will I visit again? Yes!

I ordered the quinoa burger with hummus. Overall the burger was good but for the price I expected the tomatoes to be more fresh and the hummus to be, hummus. It was a little bland for my taste. A little more cumin and garlic would kill it. The tomato salad on the side was quite watery, could be made better. But all in all the portion was right for me and I finished it. It did feel healthy on finishing rather than feeling guilty ( which I normally do after eating a burger). I'm going take away one start for finding a strand of hair in the hummus right at the end of my meal. I think that Should be taken care of. The staff was nice and alert. Though I had to ask for refills for the water. I did order chai but that is something you rather have at home for that price. Maybe I will go for fresh juices in the future. Good vibe, nice books to read and sweet atmosphere. Definitely a must visit if you are a hippie at heart. Namaste!

The Yoga house Cafe The Yoga House Cafe is an amazing combination of preserving pre vedic Indian ancient wisdom of Yoga and its health benefits along with modern chic sophisticated ambience and organic concious food. It serves some cutting edge macrobiotic recipes and ancient dietary wisdom and traditions. When I entered this bright green Nargis Villa I started to have second thoughts because the wooden stairs which led to the cafe felt like may be I am in a wrong place. I reached a Yoga Classroom which is on the 1st floor and then it looked quite interesting. And then this cafe is located on the 2nd floor near Rizvi College Cater Road Bandra West. The interiors look and feel like you are relaxing somewhere in Goa. The colour combination of the interiors is very soothing and you will see all beautiful green plants everywhere. I took the best spot in the cafe which is the terrace with a nice glass rooftop. Here you are supposed to remove your footwear. Now coming to the Food it was served in brass vessel which again has several health benefits. This is what I tried - I AM INDULGING  Capri Tartine Rs 325 3*/5 Grilled Mozzarella,  black olives, cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic bread and pepper The Tartine was nice and fresh with roasted sesame seeds and the flavour was good but I personally didn't find this extraordinary as it could have been more cheezy and I didn't get any taste of the garlic bread. Too expensive for the taste. - The Miracle Rs 255 5*/5 Apple ,Carrot and Beetroot juice Beautiful colour and amazing taste loved it. Definitely felt like it was some kind of a magic portion. - Cappuccino Rs 165 5*/5 The Yoga house blend served with delicious  jaggery extremely refreshing I AM TONING Maxi Protein Cottage Cheese Burger Rs 300 5*/5 highly recommend👍 Seasoned with olives, sundried tomatoes, almonds, spinach and celery. Carrot Juice Rs 140 Very refreshing. Saffron Tea Rs 160 Saffron threads, cinnamon, cardamom, served with crushed almonds. Fresh Coconut Water Rs 90 Even tried the traditional Indian Khichdi which could have been better with more rich desi ghee flavour and spices this was also good. 3.8*/5 So I was here with a friend around 4 pm and I left this place around 8:30 pm which clearly gives this one indication that this place has a very comfortable and welcoming environment. We worked here for few hours without any disturbance and if you love books there are some great books on the shelf which you can pick up and read. *Note: The water served is bottled water for Rs 135. My Experience Food: 4*/5 Ambience: 5*/5 Service: 5*/5 Staff: Very Friendly Price: Can be priced better as tartine was too Expensive for the taste Parking: Not Available  (it's in a narrow lane) Seating: Very comfortable Quantity: Good Quality: Great Also Pet friendly Since i felt really relaxed over here the Overall Value for money me is 5*/5

A good aesthetic place where I would surely like to visit for my inner peace which is the main objective of yoga. This place and adding that there were rains during my visit resulted in its increased charm mad my morning on a working day really subtle. Since I am not a healthy food eater, I had ordered my basic Hot Chocolate and well it was really cool and refreshing. Visitors are also welcomed with good collection of novels, variety in seatings, yoga sessions being held in a room downstairs and a warm staff apart from its ambience.
