The Burgery has been one of those places you just can't miss on social media. I had been seeing so many interesting posts and reviews that we decided to try it out ourselves. Located on the busy Ambedkar Road leading twds Pali Market junction, the Burgery has a nice vibe going. It has its drinks menu (frattes and frocktails) curated by the Bandra-based Cool Story, who had an outlet on the parallel road. We took our table and looked around at the brightly lit signages and the nice yellow theme that the place has. We were recommended the Cheesy fries and the Masala fries to start off with. The fries arrived at the table, and the quantity was quite generous. The Masala fries had a nice seasoning to it, tended to be a bit on the saltier side, but addictive. The cheesy fries were just as they were supposed to be...cheesy. To go with this we had the Oreo-Holic and the Caramel Kissed Coffee Frattes. The oreo-holic was a bit low on the oreo factor (there was a layer of crushed oreo on top though). the caramel coffee was decent. Getting down to business, the burger ordered was the Tenderloin one. Do note, they have a short but to the point burger menu. The tenderloin burger arrived and made for a great picture and instagram post ;) Biting it, i found the patty to be a bit tough/rubbery. Could have been juicier. But the BBQ mayo sauce that they have layered in is superb. Adds a nice flavour to the burger. And of course, along with the burger come even more fries. Couldn't finish those though, we already had a fries overdose. But overall, a good place to head to for a quick burger. I have reason to believe their chicken burger is pretty good, and i guess will try that out the next time.

As I stepped into the The Burgery with my ever enthusiastic lunch companion, little did I know how honest these guys could be.Our waiter guided us through the menu after hearing it was our first time at The Burgery. She made sure we were comfortable right from the moment we entered. Their burgers are so juicy. A must try for all

Yet another burger joint opens up! This time, it’s in the busy Pali Naka area. Not a hugeeeee array of options but I’d say it’s compact enough for you to enjoy your time at Burgery. I tried their Cheesy Fries, Micne Lab Burger, Tenderloin Burger, and the Chicken+Cheese Burger. Honestly, I didn’t quite like the cheesy fries. It seemed like a slab of cheese were melted on top on the fries. It got a tad dry after a bit. I’d suggest they can do with some spicy cheese sauce instead. It lacked flavor whatsoever. Felt like eating a lump of carbs. Coming to the burger, my favorite was the Chicken+Cheese. Big fat filing, this should be on your to-eat list. The slaw and the crip seasoned fries go oh-so-well with the Burger. The Mince Lamb was decent. I expected mince kheema-like meat  stuffed between the buns. Like how pulled pork burgers are. For me, the patty didn’t work as much as hot mince meat stuffed inside the bread would have worked. The Tenderloin burger was pretty good. Very well made patty. A subtle hit of spice too! Good stuff, this was. Pretty messy and filing. All in all, Burgery is worth a visit for those untimely junk-food cravings.
