The Hilton international is a boutique hotel which is just 5 mins drive from the Mumbai International Airport. Its designing is a like a summer palace of 19th century. The Brasserie is one of the dining restaurant at the Hilton International.This place has an elegant seating arrangement which provides an amazing fine dining experience with its scrumptious menu and one extended outdoor seating area beside the pool for the Live Grill. Visited along with my partner and friends to enjoy the Wine and Steak festival, must say that the experience here was just amazing. A must have in you to do list for a visit atleast once along with your family, friends or loved ones. They also serve wide range of buffets starting from breakfast time till the dinners. We tried a lot of steaks, thanks to the chef for creating something for the vegetarians. Steak and vegetables never heard right but this place have some amazing steaks. Below are the steaks that we tried: Mushroom and lentil steaks with smoked paprika and sour cream. Loved the smoky flavour. Squash Steaks with peppers. Squash is known as bottle gourd. So the sqaush steak was stuffed with amazing filling and served along with tossed bell pappers with a dash of salt and blackpepper seved with creamy sauce. Seekh kebabs on grill Succulent kebabs made from tender meat, masalas and seasoning, put on a skewer and grilled golden. One of the best dish that i had at The Brasserie. Chicken Strognoff steak Rich and delicious, chicken stroganoff is no-fail anybody and everybody who loves chicken will relish the taste of this amazing taste As they also were serving wines we tried some Red Wine and White wine One best evening spent having wine and steaks and some amazing desserts from the buffet menu. Perfect place to go, enjoy some good food, stylish desserts, plush décor and comfortable seating and music. As you enter, you feel the urge to glance around through the b'ful interiors. Seating is comfortable and music only as loud to get its presence registered. An Evening Well Spent in a Beautiful Ambiance !! 

Overwhelmed with Hiltons hospitality !!! Lets get to the point , so we had an opportunity to dine here for the Steaks & Wine festival. Starting with the menu , its definately a must try for vegetarians because a lot of dishes curated for this theme are crafted to perfection for people who prefer veg food. Although there are non veg options too to choose from. While we were trying the best of dishes straight from the kitchen we could hear soft compostions played by a pianist which added spice to our whole experience. So what we tried here . 1.Sheekh kebabs on the grill :- As you would want your kebabs to be juicy and tender ,this definately doesn disappoint because the minced meat is mixed with their secret spice and has been incorporated with smoky flaovours from the charcoal grill. 2.Chicken Strognoff steak :- So if you dont know what Strognoff means ,its a dish in which the central ingredient, typically a meaty piece of chicken, is cooked in a sauce containing sour cream. This was finished off with hints coconut shavings. 3.Squash steaks with peppers :- These bottle gourd squash steaks are the perfect main course for a fall-inspired meal. When seasoned with olive oil, fresh herbs, salt and pepper, and a dash of balsamic vinegar, they become delightfully flavorful.  4.Mushroom steaks with lentils with smoked paprika and sour cream :- These Grilled Portobellos come together quickly, and are super delicious with the garlic soy marinade. The Deep caramelized flavor works wonderfully with the garlic sauce and basil and makes for an impressive meal. Serve with a side salad, and some biscuits/mashed potatoes for serving more of the garlic gravy! All of these were beautifully paired with Red wines (Cabernet shiraz) and with white wine ( chennin blanc). Where the red wine pairs up well with the meat and the white wine pairs up with the veg dishes. In all the service we recieved here was top notch ,and food was up to its mark. Make sure you do pay a visit with your family and friends before the end of wine and steak festival.

Amazing food! Friendly staff, ambience could be better. I had a continental roast chicken dish and my bf an Indian one, both were very well prepared and good quality and quantity

The restaurant is on the ground floor, facing the pool. The ambience is good, the music playlist was terrible though. We opted for buffet and ala carte as well. We ordered a mocktail, which was average at most and the margerita was okay-ish. The buffet brunch had a decent selection, but considering it's brunch, and the above-average cost per head, there should have been a better range of starters. The chicken malai kebab, and Pepper fish were both great, but that was it. The Pizza Bucket was good. The main course was not upto the mark and is probably why it looked untouched even 3 hours after it was laid out. The dessert section had a great variety of tarts, cakes, mousse, sweets. However the desserts weren't enough to make up for the inadequacy of the starters and main course. My friend had a Jain pizza which looked pretty decent. They also took Khatte aloo and laccha paratha, which looked good but were nothing spectacular. Overall, a decent experience, but would probably think twice before visiting again.

Rating it 4 since 3.5 doesn't seem to be an option. The places welcomes you with a grand chandelier with a skilled pianist playing some soft compositions. The Brasserie is at the basement with a slightly cafe like ambience as compared to their fine dining . Nevertheless they served good Continental food. While the grilled chicken was accompanied by a nice jus, the pasta was slightly more creamy . Both dishes were quite filling and we had to pack some. Worthy visit for a zomato gold offering
