Amazing food with great ambience. The sushi waffle had the main waffle made from sticky rice and was stuffed with shredded nori sheets, asparagus, avocados, soy and wasabi - served alongside soy, wasabi and ginger. Light taste and slightly crisped rice are highlights. Must try waffle and also the nachos. Their batter is baked perfectly and the presentation is lovely as well Overall the food quality and cleanliness of the facility were great. Finally I showed my QuickPerks Dining Discount Card before payment and I got 10% off on the entire bill. Pretty cool, totally worth it.

Hey guys, Found this really cute salad soup joint in the heart of Bandra, just opp the bagel shop, technikue came across as a breath of fresh air. Though I'm not that much of a waffle person, this is one joint that will change the way u look at waffles, salads and soups. The Spanish onion soup was yum, light and very flavourful, just can't go wrong with the ceaser salad, the grilled chicken was tender and juicy. Was a pleasure to meet Radha, chef and owner of this place, she also handles her catering kitchen which I've was glad to hear is very reasonably priced. Creme brûlée - 10/10 Will def recommend the savoury waffles as well. Will be back for the soup. 😊😘

Technique Savoury Waffles is a gem of a place yet to be discovered. It is located off Carter Road.It is a small and cute little eatery which serves some delicious savoury waffles, nachos, salads and more! With people becoming health conscious its all the more reason to to try out their dishes. The quality of their ingredients and their level of cleanliness is just great. We were excited to try out their food and here's how our meal went - SPANISH ONION SOUP WITH MULTIGRAIN WAFFLE STICKS - A filling and hearty soup which was packed with flavour. The multigrain waffle sticks were a healthy addition which went well with the soup. Absolutely delicious! TECHNIQUE HOUSE SALAD WITH FIVE GRAIN WAFFLE - This salad contained olives, cherry tomatoes, chia seeds, asparagus and other greens. Healthy and delicious! MEZZE WITH ACTIVATED CHARCOAL PITA - The charcoal pita has a nice taste and has loads of health benefits. Both the Chickpea hummus and the Edamame Miso hummos had a rich flavour and complemented the pita very well. NACHOS PLATTER WITH SALSA AND JALAPENO QUENO - Crispy Corn Nachos paired with the tangy salsa dip and the melted cheese dip was truly a fantastic combination. Definitely the best salsa I have tasted! SIRACHA COTTAGE CHEESE CORN SLIDER WAFFLE - This waffle was good but could have been spicier. BBQ CHICKEN WAFFLE SLIDER - This was a Caraway and chilli spiced corn waffle with chicken. Cooked to perfection and was tasty and filling. Recommended. CHOCOLATE DIPPED WAFFLE - Waffle Strips dipped in a rich chocolate sauce. Tasted absolutely divine. A must have here. We had a wonderful experience and the staff are friendly. Definitely a go to place to try out the unique concept.

a very so so joint nothing extra ordinary that u cant find anywhere else. location is a problem too deep inside the bandra gallies, finding it can be a problem sometimes

If it were average food, I would give it atleast 2 stars, but this was quite bad. The idea of savoury waffles is great but the execution and quality is so poor that am very sure this restaurant/food stall is not going to be able to pick up and stay in the game for too long.
