Okay I've been here like 5 times, all in the morning coz I work late hours and before going home as it's on the way I find solace in downing my entire day and night's stress with a frappe paired preferably with a breakfast,sometimes just the coffee,Service:Iam mentioning this coz I visit in the morning like 8ish or something and it's very poor 1st bad service:ordered caramel java chip with the breakfast sandwich which the lady kindly recommended me with sat and finished the sandwich as it was good,ordered for another from the lady in the counter named 'Rohini' sat there waiting for like 25 mins almost finished my coffee usually I don't do it but I had to face the embarrassment of asking the lady where is my order for which I prepaid already by my ecard and it seems she had too much on her plate and forgot about it after my reminder I got the order in like 5 mins,pissed but I was kinda tired so just dint vent it out on her 2nd bad service :Ordered caramel frappe Grande paid by card again, waited for 10 and got a small one and when I asked her this is small? She was like yeah and I said I ordered for Grande and than she realised her mistake and made it proper So the conclusion is your staff should be getting enough dose of the coffee first so that they can be alert and service the customers properly ,Espcially in the morning when it opens with hardly any crowd,Is too much too ask ?FFS Even the malad outlet is way better even though it's small but the service can't be compared to that of this one Get your act together please Coz I love Starbucks and this outlet needs to address it's service issues in the morning those ladies need to be alert

Visited this branch and ordered java chip and mocha cookie crumble! Its was the worst starbucks that i ever had! It didnt taste like mocha and nor of cookies! I mentioned to them to make it dark but they didnt! Coffee was very thin and watery!

The best place that you can have coffee at . The ambience and the staff was courteous . Ordered PISTACHIO BON BON HOT CHOCOLATE The only drawback would be that the hot chocolate was overly chocolate

Thr coffees are nice but not worth the price. The quantity is less too. They have a nice variety of options. Value for money: 3/5 Beverage: 3/5

Food was a disappointment, dried out croissants is the obvious. With pricing that doesn't match quality, it's a gamble everytime. Definitely thinking twice about returning in future.
