Great ambience. Good food, just that on a lil expensive side, but the service and courteous staff makes up for it. The desserts are indeed delightful, having a sweet tooth I binged on the desserts and they are worth it. Food quantity and quality is great. Ambience is wonderful. Good for group or family dining.

Starters was OK Main course was not bad but the aircondition in this restaurant is the most pathetic i have seen in IBIS and that too on a regular basis. Everytime we come here as accor members and always we feel suffocated and breathless as Oxygen reduces due to pathetic aircondition system. Dear team IBIS - Vile Parle East mumbai Airport, please Improve your aircondition system so that people can eat and breath at peace.

Service in d hotel is very good. Staff is very courteous .Mr.Chandrakant and Mr.Vinayak are very helpful and provide quality service. We feel at home whenever we r in restraurant. Dr.Sameer sahasrabuddhe

Visited this hotel for a family gathering. From the quality of the food to the spread of the buffet, it was totally a let down. I went for A la carte and ordered the Chicken Ceaser Salad. By far , the worst ceaser salad I have come across. Less quantity & lack of flavor. Total disappointment! Not value for money. Definitely not visiting again!

Good food but pathetic staff (both at the restaurant and front desk of hotel). They pay no regard to their regular customers and treat them like a thief (who will run away with INR 2500). Surely not a place to visit (even if they offer you free food or money alongwith food).
