I visited Sbarro few weeks ago and had an horrible experience. 1. Staff was bit aggressive. 2. Service was slow. 3. Pizza seemed to be stale. 4. Sauce lacked the taste.

Wanted to grab a quick bite after some shopping at Inorbit and so ordered from this place .  Generally I am not too impressed by Pizza chains but this one was not bad at all . I was quite surprised with the stuff I had ordered .The thin crust pizza slice was really good . People will say it was a bit oily , well coz it was but I still liked the flavor and taste . The garlic bread was also properly good and wonderful . The dessert , well I don't even remember what I had got . Overall not bad at all for a quick meal .

Had Stuffed non veg signature pizza slice and NV stromboli. The pizza was good but didn't really justify the price tag at which it comes with. As in stuffed pizza lacked NV topping and was really scanty.

Sbarro pizzas are good but i think they are priced a little on the higher side. But I like the concept of the slice of pizza combo. The non veg options are really good.

The pizza looks so bad and taste bad too had to wait 20 mins still the pizza was cold as ice...I had 2 combos of 4 slices each neither any one of them had enough cheese and sauce it was dry and cold I'd rather eat from pizza hut or dominoes than at Sbarro the pizzas in display looked nice so we had from you guys but from now on will never have from Sbarro nor recommend to any.. highly dissatisfied and disappointed.
