It's so annoying when you reach at the restaurant and find it closed , atleast mention you guys are temporarily closed. Very irresponsible doesn't attend call.

Disgusting is an understatement for the food served here. The baghdadi turnover was ridiculously oily and not even packed properly. Too much use of onions had made an otherwise moderately spicy dish quite sweet. The chicken dum biryani was probably one of the worst Ive ever eaten in my life. I was starving to death yet I could barely eat the biryani. It literally had four miniscule pieces of chicken which were so tiny I was taking tiny bites of it so that it remains till I eat rest of the rice. The marination was appalling, chicken wasnt great, infact Im wondering what to even write about it. Dont think Im ordering from here again.

Giving 1 star because that's the minimum mandatory & not because they deserve even 1 star. So firstly they're under renovation so they've been offering Zomato gold on take aways recently as there's no facility to sit. We wanted to order two Aachari tandoori chickens but it's funny (and enraging) how they could make 4 gross mistakes in 1 simple order. Four things, 1 : They forced us to place one Tandoori chicken Aachari and one starter instead of two tandooris as they go in loss when someone uses zomato gold for two tandooris. This is a clear breach of their understanding with zomato (because well they're giving zomato gold on take aways and fooling zomato) as well as the customer (because they give zomato gold on their own unique fucked up terms & conditions. 2 : After we gave in and did order what they so adamantly "recommended" to us, they sent the wrong order. Normal Tandoori chicken instead of their Aachari counterpart. 3 : The Lucknowi kebabs that we did end up ordering were literally cut off ends of the tandoori chicken pieces. (No kidding, we have pictures!). So they must really think customers are helpless fools, right? 4 : The ultimate mistake that pissed us off beyond repair, when we called them to complain, instead of listening, comprehending and correcting their mistake by either sending the right order or atleast the refund, what they did was get rude to us and show absolutely NO understanding. Their owner Sameer is a hopeless unprofessional who doesn't know how to handle customers. Ultimately we complained to Zomato ( we understand you aren't authorised to directly keep quality control over restaurants but the least we expect from you is to end partnership with such unprofessional restaurants who don't value a customer's 💰 at all and have the audacity to be rude after committing mistakes like these. So yes, never ordering from here again.
