Hidden Gem ! This is my first zomato review ! This is a lovely place. We went without a reservation. The place was empty at 8 pm. But all tables were reserved. Within an hour the place got packed. We had Paneer Kurkure and Nachos for starters. For main course we had Mexican Rice, Pasta and Shepards Pie. All dishes were nice. But Nachos and Shepards piewere the best of the lot. This place is easy on the pockets too. Would recommend this place for a quiet family dinner.

I wish i could rate them in negative... feel all are paid reviews here....this is the worst plc i hv been in recent times... we were seated in 5 mins... but person to take order came aftr 15 mins, water after 20 minutes... taco shells were uncooked and raw...soup had no veggies and was bland... and when we asked the waiter why so much time is being taken his reply- We are busy... left the place after paying for the soup... please go at your own risk...

The food quality here was ravishing, just takes you with it. We ordered a variety of Oriental and Thai starters which were mouth watering. Hardly left with any hunger for main course we just ordered Mexican rice and they lived upto the standard of starters. To add to your joy the place is so economical at the same time.

Was just looking for some good Zomato gold restaurants around me in Vile Parle for a good north indian dinner and can say that I definitely hit gold when I found this pure veg restaurant in Juhu. It's a part of the Emerald hotel. The ambience is nice and quiet, makes you feel good instantly. The staff is very courteous and guide you with what to order, special mention for Mr Pankaj here who helped us decide our order. We called for Nachos, Paneer butter masala and Makhmali kofta along with masala naan. For Nachos we had to call for an extra cheese dip, but with the beans and salsa sauce and cheese sauce, it was super delicious. Also the Makhmali kofta was amazing. Only if they can increase the portion size for the vegetables. The masala naan is something I tried for the first time and it is perfectly spicy to go with the sweet Makhmali kofta. And to end with, we called for their Iced Wicked Brownie with chocolate Lava which is their version of sizzling brownie- the perfect way to end your dinner. All in all it was a great dinner experience.

Location, Ambiance & Service: Sapphire is part of Hotel Emerald which is located in the heart of bustling Juhu district has a fabulous menu to appease the palates of all. With a wide variety of food, beverages and desserts, the Sapphire restaurant is a multi-cuisine restaurant which incorporates Indian, Oriental and Continental fare. It is exactly opposite to hotel Sea Princess and the nearest metro station is DN nagar. We decided to visit it by 7.30 in the evening and within another hour and a half the place was full with people. Mr Pankaj was the manager who helped us with the choice of dish from this vast choices of preparation offered by the restaurant. The service did take a bit of hit in between but was worth the wait. Starters & Fresh Juice: There is as such no concept of mocktails but we were given choice of various fresh juices. We ordered 2 amongst those offered to us and they were good. A home like preparation which satiated our thirst. Mexican Quesadillas with salsa :- Probably the best quesadillas I have had in a very long time. We asked him to lower the quantity to 2 pieces so that we get to taste other dishes as well. The idea was a sensible move because the quesadillas are very filling and have 4 pieces of it. The melted hot cheese with a mixture of mexican vegetable preparation with mexican salsa was too worth it . Quantity plus Quality. Recommended 5/5 Thai style jade Roll :- We decided on to order one starter from each cuisine. The chopped vegetables and cheese roll filled inside filo sheets were deep fried and yet the preparation was oil free. Thumbs up for the chef to maintain the less oily yet flavourfull preparation of this sophisticated spring roll. 4/5 Gulmohari kebabs :- The heart of indian dishes are the one which are prepared in tandoor. Gulmohari is one such instance where you would love the preparation. With beetroot the base for this entire preparation , the Kebabs were prepared in awadhi spice which is influenced by the Mughal ways of preparation. 4.5/5 Mains & Desserts Cottage Cheese Dumplings in Hot Garlic Sauce with Veg Hakka Noodles :- The noodles are prepared in hakka han style which originates from a tribe in China. The preparation was more authentic than indian which I feel was there USP. The amount of vegetables mixed with Noodles was accurate and it differentiates with the Indian style of preparation. In case of wontons I was pretty excited at first but it was not on par with expectation as I have tasted better wontons. But the hot garlic sauce based gravy was top notch and was a good combiantion for hakka noodles. 4/5 Madhur Milan -: An Indian haven for desserts would be a proper description to the desserts that are served here. Madhur Milan is a thought process that is simple yet very delicious. A piece of gulab jamun and a piece of rasagulla immersed in warm thickened milk & gratinated. Its a no brainer. Recommended 5/5 Exotic Fruit Rabdi :- The simplicity of this preparation would overwhelm you. Something we can prepare at home but lack of ideas deprive us from preparing it. Cold Thickened milk mixed with some fresh seasonal fruits. Recommended 4.5/5 Overall our visit to review this place was Excellent especially because of Less cost considering the place where the restaurant is located other restaurant pricing being high.
