Worst experience of my life. Ordered unlimited pan pizza non veg and was not informed about the terms and condition. I hardly had 2 slices and was about to leave. I told the waiter to parcel and was not allowed the staff was not willing to help and den I called the manager nothing was done and was telling me there will be a standard charge.if I am paying for one dish which I have not finished I don't know why can't I take away my food I have not even had the the other free pizza. I am also from hospitality field but this kind of service was first to me. Nonetheless the food and service was good will never complain about it. The manager later on agreed to take away my food when I asked him about feedback form which is also wrong. That means you take action when a customer complain and nobody in the store even apologized. Hospitality standards not good. Please think before you order.
