Opted for Delivery about 4 weeks back. Ordered for 2 pizza: 1) Veg. curry pizza 2) Farm Fresh pizza Packaging and Delivery : Pizzas were delivered in a normal box. No logo, no branding at all. Honestly, I was a bit surprised by this. Pizzas were just warm when arrived and not even close to hot. Food : Both pizza had no taste at all and both were chewy. Sauce and Toppings were not even and many slices missed the toppings. Total taste less and was quite a task to finish pizza. All of this explains the lower ratings for the outlet. I am surely not gonna order again from Papa John's. Drastic and Serious improvements needed.

For a swanky store in Powai, the nearby pizza places are a lot better. There is nothing astoundingly special about PJ (so the town people can skip driving all the way for it). As for the pizzas, some toppings are interesting but nothing out of the world. The crust is a little chewy but manageable. Altogether it was a so-so lunch at Papa John's.

I'm a super duper big Pizza lover. And being one, its obvious that I had to try Papa Johns too!I did not really have a great experience here. The toppings on my Pizza were bit too less. It wasn't very cheesy either. Though they have a good variety but they surely need to improve on their quality.

Very unhappy with this place primarily because of the lack of hygiene here. There were cockroaches running around our table and when the staff was notified of the same, they gave the excuse that there was pest control done which is why it's okay to have roaches around. No efforts were taken to get rid of them or even clean the place a bit. If this is the condition outside, I wonder what the kitchen must be like. Apart from this, the pizzas that we ordered were average.

One of the worst Pizza experiences I have had till date. Terrible service, filthy restaurant and just downright unacceptable food. Ever since the change in management, this place has gone downhill and now it is so bad there is absolutely no way for it to bounce back up. My friends and I visited this place on a Thursday night and had to wait nearly 15 minutes for someone to come over and clean the table which was previously occupied by someone else. I had to go and get the menu by myself because there just wasn't any service. The restaurant was filthy and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned the whole day. Ordered the Large Spring Fling pizza and the Garlic breadsticks. Both were bad. The garlic breadsticks were something that dragged me to Papa Johns all these years but these ones were very dry and the dough did not seem fresh at all. It seemed like we were eating a old piece of naan which was heated and served with some bits of Garlic sauce. The pizza also was terrible. The base wasn't soft, it was rather very chewy and once again seemed stale. I urge everybody not to go to this place for anything.
