Not commenting on the food as I order 2-3 times a week and the food is actually delicious. However would like to comment on today’s service, between the restaurant, the Zomato delivery rider and Zomato - it was just irresponsible to not get my order delivered on time from the restaurant, Zomato not accept that they should refund me as I requested the order be cancelled when it hadn’t arrived for almost an hour when the delivery time advertised was 35 mins and then the rider not returning the order to the restaurant when I specifically asked him to do so. It wasn’t the amount of money but the principle of the matter! For your guidance - I order at least 2 times a week on Zomato, have Zomato treats and Zomato Gold but in the end after multiple messages to make my point I was told “we have credited 50 points to your account” - like really... have some class! This won’t deter me from ordering again but I won’t take anything more for granted and will always also be tempted to use Swiggy!

Taste is best but takes too much time to deliver

Haven't got curd with it which is mentioned in the menu, how can we eat without curd kindly see to it
