Blah!

Somehow I really feel the nitrogen icecream is over hyped and over priced. You pick a base and a flavour and they combine it in front of you in a fancy manner. We called for the strawberry icecream with ofcourse strawberry syringe (that was nothing but strawberry crush tasted like mapos honestly) and the Belgian chocolate icecream. They both were highly average and I have surely had better icecreams before. Go only if you want to see what the hype is all about or else you can happily enjoy some other (better) icecream.
Great!

Its a pretty small place to eat ice cream. However that doesnt have to anything with what they have to offer. They have a wide range of flavours to choose from. We tried the Nutella and Belgian chocolate and man they were so tatsy rich and filled with chocolate. Being a person who doesnt like chocolates at all found the flavours to be rather interesting. The extra liquid chocloate provided in the injection adds to the flavour. Would consider going again and recommend my friends as well to definetly try this place Value for money - 9/10 Service - 8/10 Ambience - 5/10 (Hardly any place to sit and eat) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Overall - 8/10

Ice-cream Laboratory! Eye-catching Ideas - Liquid Nitrogen & Sauce Injection! 26,000+ Unique Combination! Bit over-priced! An Ice-cream parlour with an innovative resemblance to Dexter’s Laboratory. Just like pizzas nowadays, here you can have your own customised ice-cream that too starting from the very base. So Zomatians open your practical files and note down the unique 5 step procedure for the ice-cream recipe : Step-1 : Pick a base. [3 choices] Step-2 : Pick a flavour. [20 choices] Step-3 : Throw in your mix-ins. [16 choices] Step-4 : Pick a topping. [14 choices] Step-5 : Inject a sauce. [6 choices] Fun Fact : Once you pick a base, there 26,000+ unique combination of ice-cream possible starting from Step-2 till Step-5. This is like DNA and chromosomes, there are highly unlikely chances of people trying the exact same combination. There flavours, mix-ins and toppings are quite good in terms of option. I think they have almost cover-up all kind of taste buds. However the last step of injecting the sauce via an injection, I felt was an overdo. That injection filled with caramel or belgian choco looks kind of yuck. Not a good vibe at all. Probably they could have opted for test-tubes may be. The idea of freezing the ice-cream with liquid nitrogen is also very interesting to observe. This review I will have to wrap-up without quoting the best picks list, since there are lot of flavours listed and you guys can choose any of those combination as per your taste, preference and likings. Do post the combination you tried and liked. Overall pleasant experience. Few suggestion for them will be: •Revise the quantity of servings. Cost is little bit on higher side as compared to the cup sizes. •Re-design the outlet ambience to give it a proper laboratory look. It’s as of now painted all over in some greenish blue color which looks quite dull and gives vibes of a hospital room. •Liquid Nitrogen and Sauce Injection are quite unique ideas and can attract the new customer easily. However its equally important to think about how you can improve and maintain the taste, so that the old customers keep revisiting. Ambience - 2/5 Value for money - 3.5/5 Service - 3.5/5 Taste - 3/5 Quantity - 3/5
Good Enough

This place has a subtle menu. Although you can't expect any nitrogen in the presentation, one can see the nitrogen being added while being prepped. If you want the whole "nitrogen experience" make sure to buy the dragon's breath.
