Went there on a Friday night, so there wasn't much crowd. The cafe was just full enough, so we were seated at a table outside. The service was very very slow, and we had to wait for quite a bit before getting up ourselves and asking a waited near the counter to provide us with a menu! The waiter too seemed oblivious to the fact that we had to place our order, but finally we ended up ordering a pasta and fish and chips. Now, even though we were seated within the premises, a stray cat prevented us from having a quiet time. What's more, the restaurant staff didn't seem to care it was bothering guests, until someone urged them to take care of it. Our food arrived after a long wait, and it was cold. The fish and chips were below average and too oily. The pasta was too dry and had more veggies than pasta. Definitely not worth my money as I have had better preparations elsewhere. Overall not a good experience and definitely not on par with he other Taj hotels.
