One place that never disappoint - for me this is Love & Cheesecake ~~I would recommend the classic Ney York cheese cake and Red velvet.i love most. Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Music 5/5

I am a love and cheesecake regular who absolutely loves everything you make. I had a bad experience with y’all today because of a meer “carry” bag. First of all for some reason y’all have blocked orders from zomato to top that another leading food ordering app didn’t have cakes being delivered. Due to time constraint of logging into another application for online order I decided to go to the Powai outlet myself to pick it up. I bought a 1kg Red velvet cheesecake and the not so gentle gentleman there said they don’t have a carry bag and wanted me to carry this huge cake in my hands when it was raining outside and I was travelling alone. I asked him if he could arrange for something or look around if they have a spare bag would be of great help to me but he even refused to even try to find one. I finally had to go to Birdy’s next door to buy a carry bag! Yes I did that! As far as I remember y’all never had plastic carry bags they were always cloth or paper bags.. so this was clearly a logistics issue. There should have a been a work around if there was a shortage of bags.. or inform us well in advance before paying for your product or display it somewhere. Please user experience includes over fulfilment of customers need and is just not limited to your main product. Hope you take your customers seriously the next time!

The NY cheese cake is to die for. Ended up trying almost everything on the menu. It’s not too sweet so that’s perfect. Unlike most of them where you can’t eat more than a bite. This one will blow your mind. Please come to Bangalore. We won’t disappoint.

Best place to order cake and cakes. The cakes are soo cheesy and mouth melting that its surely gonna bring lots of happiness along. Also there packaging for take away is pretty awesome.which makes it an ideal gifting option as well.
