Only concern is they use sarso ka tel (mustard oil) not butter/ghee for making all the paranthas. Don't know how healthy it is to use raw oil. When asked he said in butter/ghee takes time in compare to oil for paranthas to cook ..strange !!!

Still a small stall ok Carters Road serving different varieties of Parathas, Rajma Chawal & Lassi.. Their Cheese Mush Paratha, Cheese corn paratha are unique.. My personal favourites are the Aloo Onion Paratha & the Mooli ka paratha.. They smother their parathas with desi ghee & accompany it with a michi ka aachar & a mango pickle.. You can ask for Dahi as well which they serve in a mini clay pot (wati).. The parathas are always made with a sufficient stuffing & crisp outer covering..

Ordered gudd di lassi. Tasted good but nothing extra ordinary about it. Just that it's served in a traditional mud pot. the menu shows as 100 bucks. Not sure why there was extra charge for packaging and all and the cost came up to 170 bucks. Definitely not worth the price .
