A typical busy work day. No time to spare i forgot/ didn't order lunch from my usual food provider. A colleague offering mercy upon me, opened this kakori house website and ordered on their website for my lunch. I punched in the details. After 45 mins i called them up, they replied the food is en route and will reach in 5-10 minutes. Made a second call after, half an hour, they again claimed on it's way....just 5 minutes more. Thereafter Every half hour, I made an enquiry call they replied delivery is on it's way. It's 2 hours later, I'm hungry and lunchless in my office. Now its time for tea! On the fourth call, the person replies that my order from their own website was forgotten and not processed, because of their negligence. He offered excuses about how busy they are and finally He said sorry! I excused him, but then second time another man called up and said they delivered elsewhere, when I confronted the order was cash on delivery he hanged up without a reply. A place run by incompetent people and worst liars! And henceforth, I learnt a good personal lesson here, to never trust them or any other at word value. Faith in service and humanity sunk to a zero. I will never order from this place ever again. Big Shame on your brand name, staff, andnow your acclaimed name to shame.
