I had a pathetic experience with indigo deli malad west! I have been a fan of their food at other outlets and have been going there since 7-8 years. I am a zomato gold member and visited indigo deli malad on a Sunday because they have now started accepting zomato gold. I first told them that i am a zomato gold member, gave them my code, and ordered for a pizza and pasta when i was informed that they're out of pizza dough. Then I asked for couple of second to decide on something else and gave them one more zomato code because i wanted to call for 4 dishes instead of 2. While ordering, I was informed that I can't order from "today's special menu" and that I can't club desserts with main course or appetizers which i objected to but then they never agreed. I then ordered for 2 things (a wrap and a pasta) because i wanted to check with zomato gold helpline regarding that rule. On checking with them, they informed us that we could order anything from the menu be it desserts, main course, or appetizers. I then informed the person serving me with the same to which he then agreed and also informed us that they have pizza back in stock. After this whole mess, we called for a pizza and a dessert more. The food was great but the service was slow. After all of this, we called for the cheque and they screwed up with that also after taking 20 minutes to get us the bill. They charged us for the 2 most expensive items and didn't charge us for the 2 least expensive ones where it was supposed to be alternative. I didn't want to waste anymore time and energy with them and that's why I didn't take up the issue with the manager. Your entire experience gets screwed up if the service is pathetic even though the food is great. I'd recommend to avoid indigo deli malad and go to the lokhandwala or lower parel one instead.

Chose this restaurant purely for its beautiful ambience.. After going inside the menu was impressive too.. Ordered Fish n chips 3/5 Bombay chicken wings 1/5 Coke was overpriced I'm not really sure if it was us who ordered wrong food from the assorted menu but for the bill that we received the food was highly disappointing.

I used to be a regular at indigo... Loved the quality of food, ambience and friendliness of waiters....however, today I was in for a big disappointment. I went in there with my baby... Was waiting for my husband and kid to join... First of all, I've gotten used to a certain degree of attention at good restaurants in Mumbai... Naturally with a baby, people want to make sure you're comfortable...My order was not taken for a good fifteen minutes...It was a busy night so that's fine. Throughout the dinner, our orders came at a snail's pace. Even something as basic as cheese chilli toast took half an hour. And it wasn't even toast...it was a sandwich with no chillis to speak of. The biggest disappointment for me although was not the food or service. It was the lack of empathy. My daughter accidentally spilled her drink which led to a big commotion and the drink poured all over the baby. Not one waiter came to check if we needed any help... They saw everything and chose to ignore...i had to ask someone to clean the table. That was just plain mean. If you're understaffed, get more people.... But this is just not acceptable by any customer service standards... Even after everything, our cheque came another half hr later... This place clearly has gone down the hill! Really sad!

Beautiful decor, awesome lighting for some pretty good pictures.,delicious food.. Specially the thin crust pizza.. And amazing variety of deserts. Also the Service was very good.

Frost let me put in the disclaimer , I have been totally in love with this brand , in both it's formats , the restaurant and the deli and am still heart broken on the closure of their flagship in Colaba , now with that out of the way , let's get on with the outlet at hand. Imprecable service , with courteous and knowledgeable servers that is a hallmark of this brand is so evedient at this casually but comfertably laid out space . Have visited on various occasions and the food has always been the hero of those visits , the ceaser sales is always fresh and crunchy , a must have every time . The sandwiches , Ruben , sloppy Joes and the Philly cheese steak are always exceptional and on mains am always stuck between the BBQ Pork ribs and the perfectly grilled Fillet mignon , all must try in my opinion . They also do a decent cup of coffee and carry a decent selection of deserts , perfect endings to a perfect meal. The prices are at a premium but the complete experience justifys them. A highly recommended , must visit. Enjoy
