Had a nice lunch at Cream Centre and then went for an ice cream here. The joint is owned by cream centre. I had a discount coupon that they refused to accept after they billed. I requested them to cancel the old bill and regenerate the bill with discount. They refused citing that this wasn't the process. I don't buy the argument. Spoke to the manager at Cream Centre (Mr. Bishnu) and he was helpless to do anything. I suggested to him to have a look at their process of being able to modify bills. He said that he'll speak to his area manager and get back to me. Took down my cell number. I never got the discount. Great ice cream but the customer service experience left a bitter taste.

Ordered for the salted caramel and madagascar and both were delicious!!!! It was rich and creamy....the best part of these ice creams was that there was no ice particles in it. Something we tend to find in most of the ice creams across other brands.

The best ice cream I have had in recent times. Great rich and creamy texture and awesome flavours!! Tried the cassata - Fruit and chocolate - both. Truly awesome!! Will come back again

I don’t know why but somehow I find their ice creams really really amazing. Specific flavours, decently priced and some of my favourites are Kolkata Paan, Black Italian, Mango, Dark Chocolate & Praline They had An amazing Sundae menu which they have now stopped. I miss that. Must also try their Cassatta. Perfect when you have guests over. Should open more outlets in Mumbai.
