nice ice cream , tried their salted caramel and fell in love with it. looking forward to try more and more ice cream since summer is approaching and it may give some respite to the heat.

We strolled in a Sunday evening for some ice cream. The double scoop looked good. They had run out of whipped cream so you can't see any of that but you really cannot go wrong with chocolate and cookies and cream now can you? It was pretty good. The hot sauce hardens beautifully on the cold ice cream and it tastes awesome with the m&ms and the wafer biscuit. Must try it!

They keep switching off the AC to save electricity ... the seating area in a terrible condition.. hygiene levels r v low. Unclean window pane . Waffles were horrible. Plastic spoons make no sense for such hard rolls.

Ice cream is supposed to make one happy, but Ice Cream Works figured out a way to not do that--something I'd thought was impossible. Kudos! Ordered through Zomato the Dark Italian Chocolate and the Salted Caramel. I live within under a km of this place, but it took the person 50 minutes OVER the estimated delivery time to deliver it (about 90-120 minutes in total). The ice creams, obviously, were small miserable bowl of smoothies (that, tbh, would've actually tasted pretty decent as ice creams). The melting of it, I could understand. However, what I couldn't empathise with was the behaviour of the delivery dude. He glared at me, the customer, and after I asked him if he'd found it not too challenging to come here in an effort to assuage his anger at me, he said my neighbourhood was way too "andar". Dear Ice Cream Works, if your delivery guys have problems with delivering to certain places, don't show your place as available to order from on Zomato. Ruined my day. Consumers don't pay you guys to treat us like crap. Most regrettable of my money being spent on ice cream--something I thought I would never state.

Chocolate and more of chocolate is what you should aim for when you visit ice cream works. The salted caramel biscuit is what I went for, with a cone. The sweet hit of caramel was tempered with the slight hit of salt and had biscuit bites to give the crunchy element. The only drawback was the cone was covered with dark chocolate which was a complete turn off because even though it was yummy, the chocolate completely over powered my ice cream and then what I could taste was just reminiscent of a cold sugary blob.
