Absolutely fantastic food. Health Trail is the ultimate answer to where can I get healthy food that tastes amazing! Usually becoming health conscious means you have to sacrifice on your taste buds but not the case at all with the super healthy and delicious options available here. What makes it even better is the care and love with which the food is prepared and the meticulously chosen ingredients that ensure nothing but the best. Big fan of the taco salad!!

I really like the food here. So far, I have ordered 4 times and I am happy with the service.  The Mushroom and leek soup is the best along with Taco salad. The sauces here are very fresh and good. I have tried basil pasta and tomato sauce pasta and both of them were delicious. This is my go-to comfort food. They deliver all the way to Powai so bonus points for that.  Just make sure to place an order well in advance to get your food delivered to you on time. Overall, if you are new, you should try the mushroom and leel soup along with taco salad :) You will love it!

While you're still recovering from the weekend, What could be better than a Monday lunch from Health Trail? I ordered a cottage cheese salad & the Alfredo spinach pasta. I don't eat salads too often, but this salad had the perfect blend of what I needed, one portion of it summed a full meal. The blend of flavors was outstanding. While I wasn't so hungry, my friends opened the Pasta and devoured it until I could take it back and have my share of it. It was a total smasher. Must have! Food was received on time & everything was neatly packaged. A perfect meal to beat the blues :)
