When khichda and murg musallam of college days turns to spice fest, you tend to wonder if the stale condiments with onion is a complimentary giver. Plates can be used to paint on, with oil already present from previous usage, made our dinner really disappointing. Hakka noodles -and musallam- why did I not starve today? Even the finger bowl is filled with lime cold water for the sorry sake of pleasing customers, with the foiled take away thrusted in our hands to all the more imply us to not return . Sorry, will not even!

Not a big fan despite the huge popularity this restaurant has. Had ordered a Butter Chicken dish for home delivery and was completely dissatisfied with the quality and taste. The chicken pieces were burnt and the whole dish felt very undercooked with all the spices. Wouldn't say it stands up to its motto very nicely.

The place is not very big. The nonvegeterian food here is better than the vegetarian one. The staff is also okayish. The rates are a bit costly compared to the food they give.

Just 1 advice: This is definitely not a place to be visited. They had nothing which I wished to have not even a fresh Orange juice!!!! Ended up having just a sandwich and a Pepsi when I had gone there to have dinner. Your visit to this place will only leave you frustrated as I was.
Food inn is a perfect example of, how the quality of food deteriorates once the management changes. I have been eating here for the last 20+ years ever since this restaurant was called Naaz. The Mughlai and Chindian dishes were one of the best we could get around Juhu. However once the ownership changed along with the name of the restaurant(Food inn), The quality of food just went down. Sadly now it’s a pale shadow of the earlier restaurant. The only dish worth eating here is their caramel custard. The service and ambience are good. Santacruz has a few other Mughlai restaurants that I rather go to, then this one.
