Third Times a Charm I've been a frequent customer of the Fleur , seeing them grow in a culinary sense . This time they have hit it out of the park , thanks to the new Executive Chef Mr Tendulkar , the food has seen a major update . . On todays independence menu were items you would see in a swanky 5 star hotel : • Avocado and poached pear salad • Salmon • Feta cheese • Fresh BBQ grill with options like : jumbo prawns , various whole fishes etc • Parfaits • Chicken Terrine • Roulades of various kinds • Cous Cous Salad and hummus ( authentic Israeli ) are some of the exquisite dishes on the menu today . The service was top notch as usual , this is another plus point of this place , since it's a the inhouse restaurant of 4 star hotel, the service is of a very high standard . I have 2 suggestions for the management : 1) include a meat to the BBQ grill ( mutton or lamb ) just completes the flavour profile of a grill . 2) include more chocolate based desserts, it's one of things that sets a good buffet apart . #Special mention to Mr Mihir who manages the restaurant superbly and The executive chef Mr Tendulkar for bringing this exquisite updated menu .

One of the best services, the staff is really humble and welcoming. Hospitality at its best. Would come here again soon. I love the buffet and even the room service is pretty quick.
