Waking up on a lazy Sunday morning to news of an iconic Parsi restaurant, Paradise shutting down led me to discover Firdy’s in zomato. Delicious home made food oozing with love and happiness. I ordered the mutton cutlets, chicken Dhanshak and mutton salli! Cutlets were soft and well cooked and the dhanshak and mutton salli were just finger licking good ! Reasonably priced and a comfort food ! Firdy’s Will definitely be my go to place for soul food whenever I need a perk me up ! Icing on the cake was the creamy complimentary Lagan my custard ........... burpppp..............it’s now siesta time with a full tummy ! Very good stuff - their chicken dhansak, veg dhansak, lagan nu custard are regular orders for us. I have ordered from here multiple times and always been very happy with both quality and quantity. Highly recommended.

Must try Dhai nu gosht, mutton Dhansak and cutlets. Chef was kind enough to send yummy creamy Lagan nu custard for free. Totally value for money.

I was in desperate need of some comfort food when I suddenly spotted this on my list. I went with my childhood favourite, dhandar​ patio and it lived up to all my expectations. The dhandar (Dal) was almost buttery in consistency but still light and the patio was perfectly spicy and sour. I liked that they served the prawns with the tails, I always think it's such a waste of flavour when people take them off. Though it may not taste exactly the same as home cooking, it's a damn close second. (Sorry ma!) Immediate loyal customer here, I can't wait to work my way through the whole menu now!
