Ordered a plate of pav bhaji, extra pav and idlies from cafe 21. When my order was delivered the extra plate of pav was missing. Presuming I had skipped ordering an extra pav I did not follow up. A while later I received a call from cafe 21 apologizing for skipping the item. What was very thoughtful of the team was that they sent me a complimentary plate of pav bhaji. Thank u Mr jagdish for ur excellent service.

Food took two hours to deliver and was not hot. Ordered the Masala Uthapam and Watermelon Juice. Both did not taste good. Not recommended. 0.5/5

wrong item sent, rava sada ordered and sada dosa delivered.

order was accepted after 20mins and then tea bed me way later then the time it was to be delivered.and the dosa was super cold.i had to throw it could not eat it.i defiantly want a refund for the order.conpmetely not acceptable.i understand if the resteraunt is far and that's y the dosa got cold but resteraunt is 1 min away from my place.
