One suggestion, go to this place only n only if this is the last place on earth serving food! This is a dry n sad place with the most pathetic staff I have ever seen! I mean who would actually be using abusive language on each other in front of the customers!! To top it all, they take the order only if you first pay them!! The quality of this place n the food products is worse than a roadside tea stall. Bad experience!!

this is a joint review for shoppers stop and BPL cafe.  a pathetic, unhygienic, smelly  place to visit .First off, it is in a strange location - and not in an interesting way.  The coffee was oddly bitter and the pastry was dry and tasteless. The service was supper slow. i would not recommend this place to visit.

A pathetic lonely place to visit. Located at a petrol pump - all the more dreary. Things not available, empty display rack, paint peeling of walls, staff lifeless, no chocolate fantasy, no green apple soda; had no choice but to settle for a mango shake. Sofa covers torn, no wash room - all in all not a place to visit.

Smiling welcome by the friendly staff.. The upgraded large size menu.. First thing we asked for the Wifi, which was not available, a disappointment. Called for spinach and corn sandwich, cafe frappe topped with whipped cream and chicken tikka sandwich. Everything was so fresh.. But they use a microwave to heat up sandwiches which makes them little too soft.. The cafe is spacious and very comfy.. No plug point for your laptop.. Less crowed as compared to other cafes around.. I love the ccd lounge as compared to a normal one because they have more varieties to eat.. But the love the new drinks which they have come up with.. Perfect to beat the heat this summer.. Enjoy my coffee at cafe coffee day..!!

this is the worst ccd outlet I have been too. Sometimes their computers not work, sometimes they don't have things to drink. Over repeatedly asking for water they don't provide you sooner. They need time to bring water. it has been hyped because of the location and nothing else. The waiters forgets which coffee belongs to whom and keep asking you everytime bringing some one else's coffee in hand. Not good service, nor nice ambiance.
