I think the whole chain should work on training their employees as every time I go to a CCD they seem quite lazy and not helpful nor prompt, and it is even more true here. Of the new items of the menu, I was really let down by the nachos, it's basically packaged tortillas chips on which they pour some bad salsa and cheese (really little) and then microwaved. A small and tasteless portion... quite bad!

Not much happy with the service . it was too hot inside. When asked the person to decrease the temp he said its not poss and is fixed. Where as i could easily understand dat it was on 23 degrees n not getting cool enough for d num of ppl . unhappy by this . on top of that cold sparkle was not so good in taste

As much as I like the fact that they let you sit for hours with just one coffee in hand, CCD needs to buck up if it wants to compete well with all the upcoming coffee shops! Very serious need of improvement is needed in the food options, taste and quality. Even the few food items that are offered taste pretty stale most of the times. The had the yummy open cheese sandwich before but for some reason they stopped providing it. The cold coffees are the only saving grace of CCD. Also, the wifi and plugin points need to be worked on.

these guys denied me a regular size take away for latte saying we are out of cups.. u can only have a medium or a large.. when I said I'll complain to the management they removed the regular size take away cups from inside .. what a cheap way to make money... !!! dusgusted
