The butter chicken was not good , the amount of tamato purée added was not in proper ratio so the sourness was very much and does not taste good. In any angle the taste of butter chicken was punjabi. Overall no value of money is there. Of course the staff were very nice. Suggestions from customers like us who are also has experience of preparing butter chicken etc may be looked into for betterment. Thanks. Adhikary

Anyone who knows me and reads this review would probably be surprised that I didn’t rate Butter Chicken Factory 5 stars. So to begin I was and still am to a certain extent a fan. I visit this place regularly and order in even more than that. Their mutton chap is to die for. The quality of meat, tenderness, spices all a yummy combo. Their dahi kebabs can be missed nothing great but otherwise more or less everything here is beyond yummy. Coming to the star dish which is the butter chicken, initially when they started it was yum but as they are opening more branches and getting more Popular I feel that the standard of the butter chicken although still yummy is deteriorating which is my eternal problem with most brands that begin expanding. Maintain your quality! You have a great product in hand. PS: the packaging for home delivery is also top notch!

Ahaann!! What a place for Chicken lovers. The best in town. We ordered Butter chicken with Chur Chur naan, and phirni. Butter chicken was just so delicious. Chur Chur naan gives you essence of Punjab flavours. Last but not the least Phirni was cherry on top. Loved it! Must Visit for Chicken Lovers.

I’ve ordered and it’s been an hour still haven’t received the order. How long does it take you guys to send it??? Definitely not going to order from you’ll again. Bad experience.
