You officially made me hate burritos. The rice inside it was atrocious. I would never serve rice like that to a customer. I had to open it and remove every bit of it. The lamb wasn't that great either.

Not a big Mexican food fan but always had my eye on this place. Today I decided to order from here to satisfy my strange craving. Placed the order for a Piri Piri chicken burrito, mushroom and cottage cheese fijata and simple nachos with salsa + cheese sauce. The delivery packaging is very presentable and clearly though (nachos weren't soggy on delivery). The burrito was great. Although I found the salsa a bit too sweet, I definitely had a good experience

Very bad ! The mutton wasnt cooked at all , was raw ! Will never place an order again or recommend it to anyone . When i complained , the person on call felt i was lying ! Disgusting.

My friend and I ordered delivery from Burrito Factory last night.  The order was late, which is fine, but, the food was cold, which is not.  We were pretty disappointed.  It's hard to really rate the quality of the food when it was not anywhere near optimum temperature.

Long pending.. but when I see this place on Zomato also I hate it.. it is the worst place I have ever been.. they don't care to listen while you ordering.. they served me non veg instead of veg order burrito.. Attitude of the employee was so casual as if they didn't do anything wrong.. I would rate this place as -5
