Baskin Robbins ice cream is a known name of ice cream lovers Taste is different in ice cream varieties ,I suggest you to visit Khar West (Carter Road )outlet here is one attendant Raju go there n ask him to make mango shake I m sure after drinking you go again

Very small outlet no place for seatings. Not at all crowded. Service is good. They serve variety of ice creams. Staffs are good and helpful. Must try milk chocolate ice cream and chocolate waffles cone.

Baskin Robbins is a famous International Ice Cream chain which has many branches all across Mumbai. I visited the chain located on Union Park off Carters road, it has been here for many years now and is a famous icecream joint on Carters now. Mint Choco chips & Bubble Gum are very trending flavour. The staff here is quite rude and the place at my time of visit was very messy. Credit cards are not accepted and home delivery takes ages to reach. Not much variety in toppings was available. Parking is available at time other time you have to pay a bit far. Ambiance - the place was messy Seating - Not available Lighting - OK....OK Staff - Rude. Conclusion... Visiting other chain of the joint maybe a better decision.

We asked if we could Get Flavours as per our own wish and the guy said Yes ..but he suggested we shud go with the standard flavours that is Chocolate , Vanilla and Strawberry Flavoured icecream.. I did doubt that for a brief moment but once it was ready.. this Banana Split Sundae felt like heaven on a plate.. my fav part was definitely the strawberry Icecream topped with Strawberry sauce.. The chocolate ice cream was bitter and the Vanilla was topped with a bit of caramel sauce which was Okayish.. Cost us around 299 Bucks.. But all in all.. It's worth it

Their manager Mr raju has the worse attitude ever and wonder how is he in an hospitality business. Asked him for his owner some Mrs kotharis email id and he refused to share the details saying he doesn't know. I ordered a brownie ala-monde which actually has a brownie base under all its scoops.. But the one sent to us was 3 scoops of icecream one top of the other with a brownie right below... When v called him for the same he only had attitude to render and argued without trying to understand what am I really asking for.... If I wanted 3 scoops separately I wouldn't order what I did... But he refused to understand and just argued....
