One of the hidden gem in Mumbai. So I landed up here since I had to Visit a clientofminebut he was to arrive after an hour. I was roaming around and searching for some nice placeto have snacks, and I came across this place. So seeing this place I was a bit sceptical about the quality of food, but boy they serve of the best authentic maharashtrian food. So I started with the signature dish "kothimbir wadi" and it was just perfect, simple, crisp and tasty and their cutting chai is a top up over the spicy food. One of the unique thing I noticed here was they don't keep the food pre prepared. They make it fresh what ever you want. So yes they will take little more time to serve but the food will be freshly made. Just in case you are around national park in borivali hop in to this place in Ashok Van its right at the end of the Ashok Van lane. It will hardly cost you 25 Rs. From National Park and 30-35 from borivali station east.
