Wow. What an amazing place! Went with family and was amazed with the level of hospitality and the availability of wide range of food and drinks. Will certainly visit again!

It is a nice place in Mohali and over all the hospitality scene in Mohali is changing for good. They have terrace seating and in Winter afternoon it a very good place to enjoy the sun. At night also good place to enjoy the settings and I think match nights would be fun as well. Coming to food it is mix of all types of things like salads, kebabs, Indian, Chinese etc. Their dahi kebabs and veg platter was good. But they need to balance some of their dishes better as well as work out a better serving scheme so that piping hot food can come to take. Indian main course is nice with good breads.  Over all the place has potential and with right kind of inputs they can grow.

A lunch on a sunny winter afternoon would be ideal at this place though we went for dinner. The ambiance is outstanding but the food requires some major rework - particularly the vegetarian end of it.  We tried their tandoori veg platter comprising kebabs, cottage cheese and broccoli. It was decent.  In the main course, we had dal makhani, paneer makhani and garlic naan. Probably, it was a bad cooking day for the chef but each of the dishes had more salt than required. We had the kheer for dessert but here too, the sugar was much more than required.   All in all, if the flavors can be worked upon, this place will continue to attract people.

You want to spend some amazing time with friends on a roof top with awesome ambience then this is the place to be. One can watch live matches here as well as listen to some great music. I loved their tandoori veg platter which had kebabs , cottage cheese , broccoli . Dahi ke kebabs which were soft and delectable. Grilled Veg sizzler had Vegetables grilled with rice. It has a proper bar which has some good drinks and I liked their LIIT which was good. I the Main course I had the dal makhani , paneer makhani and garlic naan. Each dish was full of flavours. Sky grill is a new open-air restaurant on the top floor of Hotel Glades in Mohali. This beautiful boutique establishment gets full marks in making the place look absolutely gorgeous. They have a hanging garden, a water fountain and even a large projector and screen to make this place look and feel very inviting. A perfect place for winters, they are even adding bonfires to the mix. The ambience was at par with some of the finest restaurants in chandigarh, maybe a hair above but it’s the food that brings a person back and they have that down brilliantly as well. Some of my favorite dishes of the evening were Raan, which came with a flaming touch. The meat was soft and well cooked. I wish it was a little spicier but still pretty good. Another appetizer worth ordering is Gilafi Chicken Seekh Kebab, it was well marinated and very flavorful. In Main Course I recommend you try their Mutton Rogan Josh with Malabari Parantha. The Dal Makhani was excellent as well. If you are partial to continental cuisine then you cannot go wrong with their sizzlers - Flambé chicken Wings Sizzler which is set alight in front of you with Vodka. In Drinks, I had their LIT, it was rather huge and intoxicating. Cannot ask for more. This place is perfect for a beer in the afternoon sun or a nice bourbon by the bonfire. In desserts, I had the kheer, it was a little too sweet for my taste but it was chilled and had the right thick consistency so obviously I finished the whole thing. I recommend you give Sky Grill a visit, this place is a feast for the eyes and otherwise.
