Wabi Sabi Reviews and Ratings - Kalighat South East, Kolkata

Gem of a place to be at if you enjoy quiet and soothing ambience with lip-smacking continental bites. Thoroughly enjoyed the cheese sauce spaghetti pasta and the mango beer was nice as well. Both costing not more than a 500/- bill. They've a staff who rocks the acoustic guitar and his voice with those nicely decorated interiors makes it all the very more romantic. Food - 4/5 Ambience - 5/5 Gonna visit again, without a doubt!

It was recommended by a friend to me. The decor is simply brilliant. However I was really disappointed to know that it serves only vegan food. The waiters were not courteous at all and delivery pace was very slow. Coming to the food, we had ordered a pita pizza and cold coffee but they were not at all upto the mark considering the money we had to shelve out for them. Overall, not upto the expectation I was eagerly looking forward to.

Ambience 💯 Perfect for an evening hangout. The watermelon feta cheese salad is a must have here. The gluten free momos and the mango beer were unique in taste. Had a great time here.

Probably the only place in Kolkata where you get good Bhutanese food! (Even Jain) From the ambience to the food, loved almost everything about Wabi Sabi except for the service. Service has scope of improvement. Anyway, we ordered for Ema Datshi, Open Bao and Pizza for the main course. Ema Datshi is super yumm! Quite similar to risotto in taste. For desserts we ordered choco lava cake and sizzling brownie with ice cream. For shopaholics, there's also quirky notebooks and jewellery to shop. There are also options in ethnic clothing to choose from if you're in the mood for shopping and want to pick up something with the flavour of Kolkata! The best part is that it is not too crowded or loud. For those who enjoy reading, you can also pick up a book from their stock of popular novels. Give it a try if you like vegetarian food, it will be a nice experience to cherish!
