Kookie Jar Reviews and Ratings - Park Street Area, Kolkata

Too much whipped cream in everything. We had four kinds of tarts and mini cakes. One of them was chocolate cappuccino tart. I tasted more coffee flavor than chocolate. The quality is very low compared to the price they sell their stuffs at. Never want to visit again. They also take 18% tax because it's a takeaway joint. Food - 2/5 Ambience - 2/5 Price - 4/5 (Lesser is better)

This place is our favourite for desserts. We have tried almost all their varieties. Our favourite is their truffle cake. If you are dessert lovers, do give a try. They taste really good.

One amongst my favourite bakery which is located in the Loudon Street. Being a dessert lover, I have almost tried each of their pastries and among everything I loved their swiss roll which was so soft with a sweet cream inside.

Called for a inquiring about a cake order over the phone number provided on Zomato. Horrible customer service over the telephone as initially the person did not have the courtesy to even discuss the order. The lady does not any idea about how to talk with customers. Suggest a change in attitude/personnel for a chain where we have to going for years now.

Located in Loudon Street, went to Kookie Jar to satisfy my sweet tooth. Tried their praline swiss roll and chocolate praline pastry. The Swiss Roll was very soft and the cream inside it was not overdone. It had a perfect blend of flavors. However, the pastry felt a bit hard and was pretty disappointing in terms of taste and freshness.
