KFC Offers - , New Town

This was my 2nd visit there. I have to say they have been consistently poor. Quality of food not up to the level that I hv enjoyed at other outlets. I had ordered a zinger burger. It was served quickly. But it was cold, not at all fresh. No taste at all. Total wastage of money. One of there waiting staff came to me and asked to give a feedback in phone. She took my phn to open there portal but then she entered 'highly satisfied' review herself and left me to add comments only. She said i shall get 10% discount nxt time. But I am not coming back. This KFC joint has a general bad review but still i went thr thinking they cant be this bad. but they surpassed that fear :P.
