Used to come here 20-25 yrs back, food was ok then, the beers were more interesting at that age anyway. Ventured into this place again today with family. Deserted at 7:45 in the family section. A sleepy disinterested steward took our order. Soup was delicious.. As were the two starters we ordered. Asked for our bill... Took all of 30 mins.. Requested for an EDP machine, another 15 minutes. Luckily, had just enough cash in the wallet to cover the charges plus a tip of Rs.45/- Walked out in utter disgust, despite the good food. If the owners are reading this : "PLEASE SPRUCE UP YOUR SERVICE...ASAP...ALL YOUR EFFORT IN THE KITCHEN WILL GO TO WASTE OTHERWISE"

One of the hidden gems of China Town. This small little place serve mouth watering food with really cheap alcohol. Been there a few times now and have never been dissatisfied. We usually order the Golden fried prawns, chilli chicken, rice noodles and their soups. Will definitely recommend this place

We had a Facebook group get together at Kafulok in December. I have heard about the restaurant for many years as a iconic place in tyangra. This was my first visit. The ambience was a tired and interiors are oldy goldy. Clientele were only few. The upstairs seating arrangements were like a large hall with around 7-12 chairs around large round and long tables. The round table had a revolving plate on top which helped us to easily get the food around. The service was adequate and they tried to arrange everything which we demanded. Alcohol was reasonably priced. Food price is at par with local prices which is quite low I would say. The taste was rather pretty good. Pork items were my favourite. Also golden fried prawns and the whole fish. The noodles were not very special but decent and full of prawns and other items. The vegetables used were very fresh. Overall I liked it a lot. Though the approachways were very narrow and the bylanes were easy to miss in the night. The locality doesn't look hygienic but the she of China town is like that. But the food beats all of the negative thoughts.
