This place was really successful into gathering a big crowd when they started their boggo offer of serving two milshakes at just 150. This was such an amazing offer and even the shakes offered we're so amazing in taste. Generally I have always found the CCD to be a bit over priced for the things they offer and the portion sizes served. But the cakes here are really amazing,so soft,so chocolaty and creamy. It has a perfect balance of everything. Although I am not that fond of the coffee especially at that cost. Might be the portion size can be increased for the cost at which they offer it. -Happy eating.

Probably the worst outlet with respect to service, availability of food and basic courtesy. The coffee is served cold too. One of the first few outlets of CCD in Kolkata and what a waste of space.

I had a raas malai smoothie(without cream or ice cream which costed Rs153) today - 30th Dec17 at CCD lansdowne hazra crossing..while I had paid them (a lady server) Rs.200..but neither I got back my change nor got any bill while they served the drink..really disgusted how they cheat customers..

The food was good until I found a piece of wood in my sandwich. Since I was almost done with the sandwich when I had found it, they decided to not do anything. Great service?

Utensils weren't washed properly, menu was very limited, extremely over priced and horrible value for money, the quality of the food is horrible I got a tandoori chicken sandwich and it was a yucky mixture of mayonnaise and tandoori paste with lettuce and chicken thrown in Don't recommend
