If you want to try out one of the best chop, cutlets of kolkata, Apanjan is the place. My friend took me to this place and we were more than happy. Most famous item of Apanjan - Egg mutton devil. Try to go as early as possible or else you won't get to taste this item. We went around 6.30 and we were lucky enough to get the last piece of devil for that day. It was just amazing when you have it with kasundi. Other than devil we had chicken dimsum roll and mutton mughlai. It was one of the best mughlai i ever had. I loved the alu r dom served with mughlai. It has a nice taste of garam masala. I loved it. Can't wait to taste their foul cutlet and fish fry.

Delectable fast food place. Their Kabiraji cutlets (both fish and chicken) as well as chop, and fish fry, are legendary and for good reason. My entire family loves the items. They often run out of the fast selling items by mid evening, so be there in time!

A very famous and old eaterie of Kolkata specially of South Kolkata. Yesterday while I was returning home via Sadananda Street(Kalighat) I stopped my two wheeler to buy four vegetable chops of this eaterie for my family. A vegetable chop of Apanjan costs the least price among the other dishes of this eaterie. It just cost 40 rupees(10 rs per piece). The taste was awesome. It was fresh, well cooked and hot. It was a perfect treat for a rainy day.
