Heard lot about this place before, that's why today we decided to get a bite from Kolkata's one of the oldest cabins. It's was badly raining outside we had to go there fast. Place is small and had few sittings enough to fit 20 peoples hardly. We ordered total three Normal single egg Mughlai Parathas ( 60 ₹) and one Chicken and one Fish cutlet ( 48₹ ). Had to say Mughlai was stuffed with uncooked onions and most of them were green chili and corriender. The only thing tasted better than rest was chicken cutlet.

"Anadi r mughlai porotha" is the term which each bengali have heard if he/she is interested about food. This legendary cabin may not be as fancy/air conditioned like the new players but they let their food do the talking. We ordered 1 mughlai porotha of duck egg and fish kabiraji and loved the Kabiraji more. Their service is quick also.

Anadi Cabin in Kolkata is probably one of the oldest cabins in Kolkata famous for Mughlai parathas and Mutton recipes. The Mughlai Parathas come in two options. ..made from hen eggs or duck eggs and both are equally good. The Mutton Kasha is spicy but tastes good. Crowded by office goers and people from different part of the cities this place makes a hell lot of business in a day. If you are in Esplanade and hungry this place is worth a try.
