On a Saturday buffet, my expectations weren't lousy. I had already checked people's reviews, pictures thoroughly before choosing this place to dine today but what I found was all too different than what I had estimated. Yes, they do give you a complimentary drinks, really nice for that atleast. But when they make you wait one hr for starters (one veg and one non veg), it makes you question, why haven't they put the starters along with the main course at another table or something. We had to wait so long for starters that at a point one of the staff asked us to have main course. What is the point of calling it "starters" then? The soup for today was pathetic. It looked like mustard sauce diluted but tasted absolutely bland. I am sure 2/10 people liked the soup. They should keep what the people like and not what they want think will be a grand soup. The chicken salad was nice. In main course, the chicken was like the one I have at home and the mutton preparation was like the one I get from the local restaurant. There was soooooo many veg items and so little non veg items ( and even if there were many, they couldn't even be that good to be remembered ) The prawn dish was nice. Makes me remember that at 1:45, just almost halfway between the buffet session, their almost entire non veg course was finished. It's such a shame that they don't refill. I never told them too and so they never did. It is expected that even if you don't fill full way, atleast you should put some and not empty serving bowls for guests in big places. In desserts, the only good thing was the red velvet cake but alas. Even though it tastes really nice, it was surprising to see that there was brown and red mixed in the cake. Meaning they had not mixed the batter properly. They are not careful. The worst thing that can put anyone's mood (except lactose intolerant) down is there was no icecream. Wow. Really. Wow.
