Market Place at Radisson Blu Jaipur is their main restaurant. Looking at a 5-star property belonging to such a big group, it is short of space for a 180-room hotel. There is hardly any space between the tables for guests to move to the buffet area freely and get back to their table. That creates a little embarrassing situation for guests and staff at the same time. On top of it, if a guest takes his chair a little back to relax, that passage gets blocked for others to move. I had a Masala Dosa from their live Dosa counter. If was quite tasty with the Sambar and Coconut Chutney. After that, I had a Cheese Omelette. That too was fabulous. If space is an issue, taste is the king at Marketplace. You have good and sumptuous dishes. Service is at par and prompt.

One of the best places to have food. I have been there many times for Breakfast and Dinner. The variety and taste for both buffets is awesome. They have plenty of choices for both Vegetarians and Non Vegetarians. Mr Dinesh is by far the finest Restaurant manager , that I have ever come across, he has always provides customised food options to all guests based on their personal preferences.Chef Narayan and Chef Prithavi are really fine chefs especially for authentic Rajasthan Cuisine. Staff was serving nicely. Food was not that good according to the brand value of radisson. Ambience of the restaurant was good. Comfortable sitting.

Tried breakfast which was little above average with typical north and South Indian breakfast items . Was expecting something super spicy in sync with Jaipuri cousine however not much. Just a miniature version of pyaaj Kachauri .. need to have more versions of cheese in the platter..

Good place to dine in at! Likes: Food! Can be improved: quantity offered! Marriott’s Okra has an edge here, if you have opted for a-la-carte. Marriott offers complimentary stuff if you are a regular visitor but this lacks here. Disliked: Ambience, infrastructure is very normal. There is nothing unique or worth spending for.
