I have visited here for couple of time. Ambiance is okk. Food during first visit was good but it was disappointing in second visit. Food we had was: Loaded cheese fry - 3.5/5 White Pasta - 3/5

It's a quiet place in the busy Amrapali circle. The food is good with good quantity. The prices are affordable. The waiting time is long. It isn't crowded at least on weekdays, so if you need to have a quiet lunch and your office is in and around Amrapali circle, Italian Kitchen is where you should go!

Had heard alot of praises of this place earlier about their food, so headed for it since was in Vaishali area. To my surprise the staff was sitting outside the restaurant chatting and there was no single customer despite of evening hours at Sunday. Food which was ordered tasted equal to a roadside hawker. Debit/ Credit Card machine was out of service and staff was in its own pace. A big NO to people going to this place.

It was a disaster! We have been to this place earlier when it was a super specialty Italian eating out destination and the food was really good. However, our yesterday's visit has shocked us to core. Quality of food and services were big time compromised.  All this when we had booked table in advance by speaking with the owner himself. Our evening was spoiled. Subsequently, I spoke to the owner of the premise and he didn't even regret for what happened.  Thanks to rapid commercialization, eateries have started taking patrons for granted. Foodies.....venture this place at your own risk!
