Food served was hopeless. Staff is rude & arrogant. They are so unprofessional which was not expected from such a renowned restaurant. We ordered a soup which was just tasteless. And when we complained about the same to them. He first denied for the same and also said that we can't help it. Whether you have it or not you have to pay for it. So I just simply returned it, had my snacks already ordered and just moved out of the place after paying them without having my dinner there. Surely will not visit again and will also not recommend.

Value for money: 7/10 Taste: 7/10 Ambiance: 8/10 Service: 2/10 Handi Rooftop didn't even stood near to the standards we heard about. I, with my friends planned to dine here for an evening. We were welcomed by Mr. Kunal, the Supervisor/Manager present. @The food was nice, well-cooked and presented. But, the service and supervision took away the charm of the experience. We left it in the middle simply due to poor service. 😤 Initially, water was not offered timely but we ignored it and ordered. It took them more than 20 minutes to serve us (again, chalega as it is prepared at ground floor). While eating, we requested for water no less then 6 times. Then, waited for chutney re-filling for another 15 minutes. So, we were unintentionally forced to leave the pathetic place. Observation: Waiters were more interested in serving the families and big groups who of course ordered a good amount of food. Customers like us in a group of 4 to 6 had to wait. This is not et al acceptable. Highly unprofessional and can't executed by attendants unless directed to do so. P.S: Mr. Kunal had left for the day by the time we decided leave. But, we did write a feedback-cum- complaint for his reference, that too in a diary and not a feedback register. The attendant said 'sorry, but we don't keep feedback register.' Seriously! I'm attaching the feedback here as we haven't heard from the restaurant till date. And, its a month now.

The food is almost heavenly and that is the reason we keep coming back here for more. The service, however, has downgraded over time. We were not served water for the initial 30 minutes, and finally had to ask for it. The Menus were not provided to us either untill we asked again. The staff seems to be a little rude and disinterested which is a shame to a place that has the capacity to be the number one place for non veg lovers like me. Disappointed this time to say the least.

Good food. Fantastic non vegetarian dishes. Nice ambiance with live folk music. Service needs substantial improvement. Overall good experience in terms of cuisine and ambiance. Handi chicken is fantastic. Laal maans is superb. Tandoori chicken is a must try. Daal makhani for vegetarians is a delight. I make sure to visit this place for dinner whenever in Jaipur.

Galouti Kebabs 4.5/5 Undoubtedly the best I have had in Jaipur. Tandoori platter 4.5/5 Tandoori Platter consisted of - Tandoori Chicken, Seekh Kebabs, Shammi Kebabs, Chicken Tikka, Galouti Kebabs. I LOVED the Seekh kebabs and Galouti kebabs the most. MUST TRY! I am currently salivating thinking about this amazing platter! Butter chicken 5/5 PERFECT. Hitting nostalgia at the right spot! I loved the KAALA KATTHA BUNTA the mostz It is a paradise for non-vegetarians. But, even if you are a vegetarian, don't be disheartened. Their Dal Makhani and Paneer delicacies are quite good too.
