Average papri chaat, sub standard pani puri - seating area was not clean - was just hungry and it filled my stomach - nothing noteworthy - probably won’t remember the place in a few days

Delta chat and Food corner is at mall 21 in front of Raj Mandir Cinema. It is a kiosk but has seating arrangements. The place serves south indian, Chinese and varieties in sandwiches. I went for shopping in that area so definitely needed to eat. There i saw this. I went in noon but as its winter season so quite a relief in open area. I had Masala dosa...it was well cooked and sambhar was well made and spicy👍👍👍👍. Nariyal chutney was ok. Their serving plate was quite smaller so bit diffculty in eating. Paneer grilled sandwich was very delicious. It was creamy with paneer pieces apltly cut👍👍👍 Serivce is good, price is affordable. One always needs such place to satisfy their appetite.

At the end of a long, exhausting day of walking around in the Jaipur heat we found ourselves at Delta late at night to get ourselves some dinner. Delta is situated right outside a popular shopping mall and theatre and is more like a semi-permanent street stall. With a proper kitchen upstairs in the mall itself. They have some nice open bench seating. We ordered: Pani Puri Masala Puri Mix Veg. Paratha Pepsi Since we were in the mood for chaats, we decided to give their Pani Puri a go. Each one of us had a plate. Unfortunately they didn’t have any ragada or boondi - so it was literally like pani and puri. And it wasn’t that great at all. The Masala Puri plate on the other hand with its aloo filling was fun to eat! I’ve eaten truckloads better, but this was not so bad. Definitely better than the Pani Puri. And because we weren’t too hungry after, we only called for a plate of Mix Veg. Paratha. They were cut into smaller pieces, served hot with curd and pickles. It was a little bland and lacked spices and flavours. But we managed to finish it because it was piping hot and not at all oily. Food - 2.5/5 Service - 3/5 Ambiance - 3/5 Value for Money - 2.5/5 Out of the zillion places to eat in Jaipur, Delta is relatively miss worthy. We ended up going there only because we were too tired to venture elsewhere and scavenge around for other eateries. It was a rather sad last meal of our Jaipur trip :(
