We went there on Saturday afternoon. We ordered 1 coffee latte and 1 creamy cold coffee with toppings.  1. When the bill came, I cross checked it with the prices offered in Menu and it did not match. I resisted. The guy told whatever computer prints is final. I said than why is this Menu is here? He said some technical terms P1, P2, P3 menus. I asked please get me updated menu. They did not have that. 2. The taste of coffee both hot & cold was very poor. I have been to many CCD's before but this one ranks at the bottom. Guys at this outlet don't know how to prepare a coffee. Materials used were either below par or their combination was not right. As compared to Costa, CCD need to cover a lot of bases to get their act right.  At the end of the day, the quality of items served should match the premium amount charged.

The place has a prime location and carries the name of the brand perfectly. The cafe is spacious and even in the middle of chaos provides the perfect place to relax

This one CCD is very crowded in peak hours.. courteous staff.. but finding a seat in evening is itself a big task.. sometimes u have to wait for your turn.. also getting your takes very long. Maybe due to rush.

Cafe coffee day ..... feels leisure to sit there and read a fancy novel or meet and catch up with friends over a cup of coffee. It's a big chain with lot of outlets in Jaipur. I visited the one in crystal court which was an Ambience 3.5/5: Its a nice big spacious outlet in a mall with comfortable sitting arrangement. It has a very typical CCD feel to it with it being open in the mall. The aroma of coffee brings freshness to my mind and it gets me feeling fresh and energized. Food 4/5: The aura of this place gets your mind fresh with coffee and taste buds tingling some amazing cookies and quick bites. Service 4/5:Service quick n friendly. Value for money 4/5: Its pretty pocket friendly and worth the price we pay.
