Please see the attached pictures. How your quality has decreased tremendously over last few months - one pic is of Today's order and the pretty one is from Sept'17. I loved these chicken nuggets, recommended (even forced) evryone to at least try, claiming it to be the best chicken nuggets in town! But the one I ordered was not even cooked properly, squeezed, not crispy and didn't taste fresh at all and the new sauce is also pale. The mustard sauce worked best with the plain chicken nugget. (I ask them to NOT add the peri peri seasoning as I like them plain and you have removed it from the menu). This is the third time I have received these "shit" nuggets. Even the burgers taste so bad now that I have stopped ordering it. I take food seriously and this made me sad! M hurt as my fav snack is no more "tasty or even edible". Please fix these and you do need a "SERIOUS QUALITY CHECK".

Ordered spicy panner burger and really loved it. The panner patty was crisp. Thiugh the liked the normal french fries more than the herb one. Give it a try.
