Words like delectable, delicious, flavourful, toothsome, succulent and luscious come to mind when I talk about this place. Chole kulche and sarso ka saag makai ki roti is a must try. I am in love with this place and the service. I don't think I have had such amazing makai ki roti in Hyderabad. I am going to be a frequent visitor.

Loved it!

Woah ! This place made my day. Stunning paratha's and curries. Perfect punjabi dishes and well cooked. The food reminds me of north indian dhaba food. The paratha's were very well stuffed and the green chutney was outstanding. Vadapav, kulcha chole and dhai vada were tasty too. Very affordable and quantity was top. Must visit for all people staying nearby.

Good Enough

Being lover of punjabi khana, was excited when I saw about this new joint in one of foodies group. And was more happy when I came to know that its just near by my home where you cant find any authentic punjabi food. Without waiting much time, landed immediate week with the family. Located in the same lane of Narthaki theatre , opposite to substation at Lothukunta, its small place where kitchen is separated with curtains and outside occupied with couple of tables. After initial talk with the owner cum chef, came to know that the punjabi couple shifted from Delhi to Hyderabad on personal reasons and continuing their business which used to work good back in Delhi. They serve chats/parathas every day while curries changes daily. As it was first week they not yet started parathas and curries. So I went for  chole kulche and dahi papdi. Kuche was just OK as its ready made one but fried nicely where Chole was amazing and tasty with good spices and chole. Tasted too authentic and even my wife enjoyed it. Dahi papdi also pretty good with delicious chutneys topping which added more taste. Once I came to know that they started parathas, one fine day went there and got Gobi paratha, Onion paratha and Chilli paneer. The gobi paratha tasted superb due to good gobi stuffing with nicely mixed spices. (must be some secret recipe :) ) Same case with onion one which tasted too good and I did not feel too much of onion. The side green chutney was excellent and masala chilli was one of the best I have ever had which added more taste to paratha. Chilli paneer just average as I felt bit sweetish, should have been spicier side. Everybody in the family loved parathas. Tried the same next week too. Many of friends tried the food after my reference who enjoyed it and were appreciating the food which is good to know. Overall decent place with authentic and tasty punjabi food for too reasonable price. Overall taste 3.5/5, VFM 4/5. If you are around dont miss and it runs 5pm to 10PM daily.
