No i didn't have a good experience , thanks to the waiter who was serving me at Inorbit hyderabad. Ordered chicken tikka frakie but didn;t know extra cheese would cost a Rs 10 more, Money wasn't the issue , but when the guys asked me pay 75, i said it is 65 written right, He was like "75 madam, theek se dekho". I asked i can't see, he then said you asked extra cheese which was writte at the bottom of the veg menu, not the non veg. Then i told. How will i know , i am first time customer. He sadi "aisa kusch nahi hota', Pay 75. Then i got angry, said instead of explaining you are just going on "pay 75".  I said this is the way you do custoner service . He went on arguing , i left the Frankie , asked him my money back. His attitude made me sick. He is like "Paisa waspas nahi denge". Then i said , lets see how you won't give and i didn't leaave him. he finally did. The point is these people need to be taught how to treat customers and not to take for granted.  If it was a man they would be polite, they saw a young women in the crowd and their attitude changes.

This joint is almost located at every mall, supermarket or a busy junction. For people drooling over hunger during shopping, this place is one haven for quick bite! The way they make the frankie enhances your craving! With various flavors to choose from Veg, Egg and Chicken; none of their flavors disappoint. They charge Rs.10 extra for cheese. A recommended snack joint for sure!!

Where ever I see this I surely have at least one from here. Love their frankies, most of them either veg or non veg all are absolutely delicious ! You can try their Mutton and Paneer frankie. You always don't need to get it with egg, it tastes good without egg too.

For the second time I am visiting a Tibbs Frankie outlet. The situation is nearly the same as before. Durga Puja, a Bengali Movie, and a Chicken Tikka Frankie from the Tibbs Frankie outlet. The experience was mesmerizing, and it just reminded the streets of Kolkata.

Chikkin tikka frankie was really nice.The masal used was mouth watering.Anyday I would prefer kolkata roll against tikka frankie but I found this to be also yummy.Would like to try some more variety from this outlet
